Our beloved Base Bootcamp got an upgrade! This course is all about building strength, stamina, and endurance. With the ability for all athletes, regardless of their experience to attend. This 55 minute class will take your athlete through a sequence of strength and cardio workouts to help with their advancement on and off the mat.
